Accounts -
Accounts are to be settled on arrival or departure. If departing before 7:00am please settle your account the previous evening.
Air Conditioning/Heating -
All suites have air conditioning and heating facilities. Please do not leave heaters on unattended.
Departures -
Guests are required to vacate suites by 10:00am on day of departure. A late check out fee applies after 10:00am.
Direct Dial Telephone -
Charges are based on time units which increase according to the distance of the call. For an outside line Dial "0", wait for the dial
tone to change, then dial number. Please pay for charges at Reception.
Dry Cleaning -
Enquire at Reception for dry cleaning arrangements.
Extra Linen -
Charges apply for extra linen requested.
Facsimile -
Available for guests use. Charges apply.
Food Preparation -
Cooking in suites is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities.
Hair Dryers -
Hair dryers are supplied in all suites.
Keys -
Keys can be returned to Reception on departure, or left in suite for departures outside of Reception hours.
Laundry and Ironing -
An iron and ironing board is supplied in suites. Laundry facilities are available for guests use. Please see Reception for location.
Loss and Damage -
Please read the "Innkeeper Liability Act" displayed adjacent to the Reception entrance.
Lunches -
Packed take-away lunches are available via our Breakfast menu. Please complete menu and return to Reception by 8:00pm.
Mail and Messages -
Mail and messages are held at Reception for collection.
Maintenance -
If you have any maintenance issues please contact Reception to report them.
Newspapers -
Complimentary local newspaper is available in Reception.
Parking -
Off street parking is available for all guests. Off street parking is also available for coaches on request.
Pets -
Health Regulations do not permit pets of any nature in suites.
Room Service -
Breakfast is served from 6:45am to 8:00am. Leave completed Breakfast orders at Reception by 8:00pm.
Swimming Pool -
The swimming pool is available for use between the hours of 7.30am and 8.30pm. Noise levels must
be kept to a minimum as a courtesy to fellow Guests. Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Please refrain from
using glass in the pool area.
Taxi -
The phone number for the local taxi service is 131 008.
Tea and Coffee Making Facilities -
Provided in suites. Contact Reception if extra supplies are required.
Television and Austar TV -
Local TV channels and selection of Austar channels available. Please read your Austar guide for channels.
